Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• The return request is made within 2-3 days of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, used products cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used hygiene products (tissues, cotton items, etc.)
• Liquid products that have been unsealed (hand wash, cleaners)
• Clearance or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

• Contact our support team with your order details
• Provide clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
• Wait for approval and return instructions

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer
• In some cases, store credit may be offered

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

• Defective products
• Incorrect items delivered

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping
• If the return is requested for other reasons, shipping costs may not be refundable

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled before dispatch
• Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the return process
