At CareHygino, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before submitting a request.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• The return request is submitted within 2–3 days of receiving the order.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used hygiene products, including tissues, cotton products, and similar items.

• Liquid products that have been opened or unsealed, such as hand wash, sanitizers, or cleaning solutions.

• Clearance, promotional, or discounted items, unless they are received damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team with your order number and purchase details.

2. Provide clear photos of the product if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our support team.

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Once your returned item has been received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or via bank transfer, where applicable.

• In certain situations, store credit may be offered as an alternative.

Exchange Policy

We offer product exchanges only in the following cases:

• The product is defective.

• An incorrect item was delivered.

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged or incorrect product, CareHygino will bear the return shipping costs.

• For returns requested for any other reason, shipping charges may not be refundable.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.

Important Information

• Minor differences in product packaging, labeling, or appearance that do not affect product quality or functionality are not considered valid reasons for return.

• CareHygino reserves the right to decline any return request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
